As a rule, you can arrive and depart on any day of the week. The check-in time on the arrival date is from 16.00 onwards and the check-out time on the departure date is before 09.30 in the morning. In some accommodation there may be a mandatory arrival and departure date, which can be seen on the availability calendar by the blue-coloured days. The facilities and equipment of the accommodation are based on the maximum number of people allowed to stay in the accommodation. It is not allowed to occupy the accommodation with more than the indicated number of persons.

    A very nice house to stay, and the service is very good. Only one thing : indeed the internet connection is included but the access is very limited and nearly not usable espacially at evening time. 8.7

    Excellent offer, interior and surroundings. Some more green (flowers, trees) around the house would still improve this, but plants need time to grow, of course!     Villa très agréable avec un confort en rapport en particulier au niveau des chambres et salles de bains. la cuisine est bien équipée. le séjour est beaucoup plus dénudé et froid en termes de décoration, seul point à améliorer. les terrasses sont très agréables ainsi que la piscine, le poll house et le coin barbecue. la vus est très belle, par contre le voisinage a une vue permanente sur les différentes terrasses et la piscine ainsi que sur une chambre. Bonnes prestations d'ensemble qui donnent envie de relouer cette villa, cependant le rapport qualité prix semble un peu élevé en particulier par rapport à d'autres villas que nous avons fréquentées pendant notre séjour et qui s'avèrent moins chères à la semaine. Félicitations pour la qualité et la rapidté du personnel de maintenance. 8.1

    Die Villa ist ein super Anwesen in einer tollen Lage. Das I-Tüpfelchen wäre natürlich Meerblick. Aber die Aussicht generel war fantastisch. Haben eine super schöne Woche verlebt. Als kleiner Tipp. In einer Dusche (haben nur die Eine benutzt) war Schimmel. Aber sonst war es wirklich ein sehr schöner Urlaub und ich kann Aguilera Rent nur weiterempfehlen. Waren sehr zufrieden!     General Information Jávea

    The history of Jávea or Xabia (in Valencian), goes back many centuries. The first evidence of the occupation of the area are even 16,000 years old and can be found in the caves of the imposing Montgó mountain in the form of mural drawings. Jávea is divided into three different areas, the old village (El Pueblo), the port (El Puerto) and the area around the sandy beach of Jávea (El Arenal) where most holiday homes can be found. Jávea hasn't changed much in the past centuries and one can still find traditionally built houses around typical Spanish squares.

    The port of Jávea was built in 1871 and the trade was mainly in raisins. After the collapse of this market, the once large port fell into a small fishing port. Later, thanks to increasing tourism, this port was extended to include a marina.

    Beaches of Jávea

    El Arenal (the sandy beach) is the promenade of Jávea. Here you will find many restaurants, cozy bars, shops and some clubs that stay open until the early hours. There are playgrounds for children, volleyball nets and you can rent jet skis and boats. But let's not forget the many other beaches of Jávea: El Pope, Ambolo, La Granadella, Muntanyar and Cala la Sardina.

    The smaller beaches of Jávea consist mainly of pebble and rocky beaches. The beaches of La Grava and Cala Blanca are ideal for practicing water sports such as jet skiing, windsurfing and canoeing. The small bays of Portitxol and Tangó are pebble beaches that are ideal for snorkeling and diving.
